I design and build digital products from idea to production.

Websites, web applications, SaaS platforms and business tools — designed, developed and brought to production.

Independent practice

I’m Mohamed Boukab, an independent full-stack developer focused on turning ideas into useful digital products.

I work across the frontend, backend and product experience, so a project can move from the first conversation and interface direction through to development, deployment and later evolution.

Why work together

Direct, complete, and oriented toward a product that can live.

01

Full-stack ownership

Interface, backend, database and deployment sit with the same person. Fewer handoffs, clearer decisions.

02

Product-oriented

The work starts from the user and the business problem, then the technology follows.

03

Direct collaboration

You work with the person designing and building the product — not a chain of intermediaries.

04

Built for production

The aim is a maintainable product that can go live and keep evolving, not a disposable prototype.

How I work

From idea to production.

  1. 01

    Understand

Business, users, objectives and scope. We define what the product needs to do before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure, user flows and interface direction. You see the product taking shape, not a black box.

  3. 03

    Build

Frontend, backend, database and integrations — developed as a coherent system, ready to evolve.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing, deployment and production setup. The product goes live in a state you can actually use.

  5. 05

    Evolve

Maintenance, improvements and new capabilities as the product and the business grow.

About

One person, the full product.

Based in Nador, Morocco. Trained in full-stack web and mobile development, with a background in business management. I take projects from the first sketch of the problem to a product that can go live.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, business software, mobile applications, APIs, and the evolution of existing products. If it is a digital product that needs to ship, it is likely in scope.

Yes. Most of the work is with people who need a product built properly — founders, independent businesses and teams without a large internal engineering department.

Yes. From the first conversation and interface direction through to development, deployment and a product you can use in production.

Yes. I can take over a codebase, fix what is blocking you, add features, improve performance, or help you move it forward without starting from zero.

Frontend with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Backend with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Laravel, Django and FastAPI. Databases with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL and Redis. APIs and communication with REST, GraphQL, TCP and WebSocket. Messaging with RabbitMQ and Kafka. Mobile with React Native. Delivery with Docker, CI/CD and GitHub Actions — plus AI integration when the product needs it. The stack follows the product, not the other way around.

Yes. I am based in Nador, Morocco, and work remotely. Projects are handled through calls, written updates and regular deliveries.

Send a short description of what you want to build, or book the conversation from the contact page. We clarify the problem, the scope and the constraints, then I come back with a clear proposal.

It depends on the scope. A focused website can move in a few weeks. An application or SaaS is planned in milestones. Timeline is defined together before work starts — not guessed in a price list.

A project is discussed before a proposal. Scope, timeline and budget are written down so there are no surprises once the work begins. I do not publish fixed packages, because the work is not identical from one product to the next.
